- Products
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Products and packaging are subject to change or substitution but every effort will be made to despatch the items specified.
- Back Orders
If an item is out of stock we will email you with the option either to cancel your order or, having told you when we can fulfil it, to wait for delivery.
- Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. If you are paying by Switch you will also need to include the card issue number or start date. You may also pay by cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Eat Anglia" and write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Payment must be made at delivery unless prior arrangements have been agreed with Eat Anglia. Credit card payments through www.eatanglia.co.uk will only be processed once the delivery has been made or attempted to be made.
Please note that if delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for it and no designated drop off point has been agreed credit card payments will be processed and an agreed time will be made for redelivery or collection of the order. There will be an extra £5.00 set charge on top of the original delivery charge for all redeliveries.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges. If you collect the order from Eat Anglia’s warehouse in Wickham market there will be no delivery charge. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling
All orders are with credit details are encrypted and emailed to us at Eat Anglia. We will decrypt this email to obtain your credit card information which has to be approved by our credit card processing company prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.
In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Eat Anglia you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
- Cancelling your Order
A. Prior to Delivery
For all items we operate a policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel your order at any time without reason before 12:00 on the Monday of the week your order has been placed for. If cancellation is attempted after 12:00 on the Monday of the week your order has been placed for you will be charged for all items that have been collected on your behalf.
You may cancel your order for any reason provided: -
You or the recipient notify us of your cancellation by telephone or writing/ emailing to the address on our "contact us" page before 12:00 on the Monday of the week your order has been placed for.
B. Post Delivery
Once you have received the order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may cancel your order at any time without reason within 7 working days of delivery
THIS RETURNS POLICY EXCLUDES PERISHABLE ITEMS.
You may cancel your order after delivery for any reason provided: -
You or the recipient notify us of your cancellation in writing/ email to the address on our "contact us" page within seven working days of delivery.
The goods remain unused and unopened. You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until returned.
You return packaged item(s) to Returns at Eat Anglia to the address on the "contact us" page.
Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage/carrier costs incurred as a result of returning items to Eat Anglia and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. A refund can only be provided for items received back by us.
Please note that all delivery charges are unrefundable.
- Claims
Eat Anglia aim to deliver all products in perfect condition and exactly as the
customer would wish to receive them. In order to ensure that this policy is maintained,
claims of damaged or non-delivered goods should be made to Eat Anglia within
48 hours of receipt, Eat Anglia will be happy to provide substitute items, full
collection and reimbursement, full credit or replacement.
- Legal Statement
Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of some of the goods.
Prices are subject to alteration and changes in VAT without notice. Should a product not be available a substitute of a similar product of equal or greater value will be made.
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom mainland, Europe, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia or New Zealand. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent, local laws are applicable.
At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you.

We collect the following information from your order: name, email address, billing address credit card information, and telephone number and order history. This information will be used to process orders and, if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders. We never collect other sensitive information about you.
